Delivery and Shipping

UK Mainland Delivery Options

For all orders over £100 you will receive free delivery.

Standard Royal Mail Delivery Service  £6.95 on orders under £100.00

We aim to send orders on a next day service, Monday to Friday.  Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be sent the following Monday. 

All orders sent on a next day service should be with you the next working day (when ordered before 3pm) but please allow 3-5 days for any unforeseen circumstances.

Outside the UK

Teviot Knitwear offer deliveries outside the UK.

Duties and taxes information

Some countries charge duty and/or tax on orders imported from the UK over a certain value. The good news: all taxes and duties applicable, are shown and paid at checkout.  

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 28 days of delivery. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.

Packaging

Your order is packed by one of our dedicated team at Teviot Knitwear in our Hawick factory, right where your garment is made.

We use eco-friendly packaging which includes recycled cellophane bags and weatherproof paper courier bags. We have specifically sourced packaging that is kind to your order and kind to our planet.
